Nicola Fleet-Milne’s Army Adventure!
As the World War II General George Patton once stated, ‘Accept the challenges so that you can feel the exhilaration of victory,’ and that is exactly what the Institute of Directors hope their team will be doing when they head out to North Shrewsbury for a team building exercise.
Nicola, the FleetMilne MD will be one of the IOD team who’s being deployed to the Copthorne Barracks at Nesscliff Training Camp at the beginning of September with a bag full of woollen socks, comfortable walking boots and hard-wearing outdoor clothes. The aim of her two day experience is to develop leadership and teamwork skills, whilst also dealing with rough terrain, demanding exercises and the English weather!
No stranger to challenges Nicola will join the rest of the IOD team staying in the army barracks and eating military rations but will hopefully limp away exhilarated by her newly enhanced leadership skills.
September’s not far away now so join us in wishing Nicola the best of luck as she begins to mentally and physically prepare for her army adventure!
